LEE HEALTH CARE PARTNERS provides access to over 1,800 of the best local physicians and the finest healthcare facilities in Florida, which includes Lee Memorial Hospital, Golisano Children’s Hospital, HealthPark Medical Center, Cape Coral Hospital, and Gulf Coast Medical Center, a medical staff of more than 1,800 practitioners, a Regional Cancer Center, Skilled Nursing Unit, Seven outpatient centers, Three walk-in clinics, Rehabilitation Hospital, other local independent primary and specialty practices, and a national wrap network, to allow plan participants to seek care at a provider of their own choice.

Additional provider network access is available through First Health Complementary network for local and out of area access. By accessing the First Health Complementary network, the benefits may be subject to a lower benefit level. To achieve the highest level of benefits always use a LEE HEALTH CARE PARTNERS provider.
